FREE YOUTH

An innocent youth fuelled false desires,

Think fear lies when the feeling expires.

Truth is freedom felt forever and i felt higher,

Forgotten times fold the truth I require, who do I inspire?

Amend who I admired, so I no longer apologise.

A dire need to exercise my mind, for you to analyse.

Times lived in compromise

That Aged beyond the memory of a summer I memorised.

Forgive the kingdom I hypothesise, its limitless why?

Wishful thinking freedoms in a spark of an eye?

Find struggle to comply in a normality we standby,

Just to see a love I set free, so for now it’s goodbye.

LOST YOUTH

I’ve been Pacing over every flower that allowed my every bloom, this poised past possesses in all our lost youth.

See there will be a shadowing pressure that pours out nothing but the truth, because It’s how the puzzled self often struggles to improve.

I’ve Found patience to find freedom so that can clarity can consume, a race for purpose in the happiness we pursue.

I need light

I need light, because of what I see when I dream at night.

I’m 22, but don’t know what to make of life.

I close my eyes, visualise but don’t know why

I question things, that I don’t standby.

Just a life, living lost in their eyes,

invisible skies ,comments long compromised.

moments I can’t even recognise

I’m not sleeping right.

Escaping highs, young contentment, shaped by lies.

how can dreams survive?

distant nights, time flies,

so how can dreams survive?

My free lost teens in past ties.

These moments can’t even recognise,

that I drive to equalise a person that I despise.

All before I really realise,

it’s just a dream at night.
